When I arrived at the home he was already on the roof. He got there early. He even changed into his indoor shoes when he was inspecting the interior of the home. I thought that was courteous. As for his home inspection, it was very detailed and thorough. He really took the time to explain things in "first homeowner terms."

Gary pointed out things that looked bad to a novice but were really workable. While he red flagged more volatile projects. This was my fist home purchase so that experience was very valuable to me.

Some of the things he found helped me to negotiate a better price. :) When I buy my next home I would definitely use him again. I have already referred him to family and a friend. Choose The Home Inspection Man. You won't be disappointed.
